3. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item includes all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories
- The item has not been installed, modified, or misused
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been approved by our support team before shipment
Products returned without an approved RMA may be refused.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used, installed, or assembled products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items reported damaged after 48 hours of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or unauthorized modification
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products
- Personal care, sanitary, or intimate-use products once opened
Opened or assembled products may be denied return eligibility depending on the manufacturer or supplier policy.
5. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and product
- Photos showing the damage or issue
- A brief description of the problem
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim by the freight carrier or manufacturer.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Return Shipping, Freight Charges & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs and freight charges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved returns may be subject to:
- Original outbound shipping charges
- Return freight shipping charges
- Restocking fees of up to 20%–25%
- Storage, rerouting, redelivery, or refused delivery fees charged by the freight carrier or supplier
Additional freight-related fees may include:
- Address correction or rerouting fees
- Redelivery attempt charges
- Freight terminal storage charges after carrier holding periods expire
For large freight deliveries, customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and availability to receive the shipment.
If a shipment is refused without authorization, additional return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at the warehouse before a refund is approved.
Refunds may be denied if:
- The item is returned damaged
- Parts or packaging are missing
- The product shows signs of use or installation
- The return violates this policy
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping charges and non-refundable service fees may be deducted from the final refund total.
8. Exchanges & Replacements
We accept exchanges for eligible defective or damaged products.
Replacement items are shipped after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Exchanges for the same product due to manufacturer defects generally will not incur a restocking fee.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the order has not already entered processing or shipment preparation.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will fall under the standard return process.
Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
10. Freight Delivery Responsibilities
For freight deliveries, customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery before signing for the package.
If visible damage is present:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
Signing for delivery without noting visible freight damage may limit the ability to file a freight claim.

This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
